Which banks does it support?
Cashyou currently supports Bank of China (HK) and Hang Seng. More to be added soon.

How can we eliminated the cross bank transaction fee from banks?
The short answer is because our system helped avoided the fee. Its easy to understand. In Hong Kong, same bank transfer is free, but there is a fee when its a cross bank transfer payment. We have opened multiple bank accounts in Hong Kong. Users can choose one that is the same bank as their account to add value to their Cashyou account. And make the transaction in the Cashyou app. When the receiver withdraw the money, they will choose the bank that we support to withdraw the payments to their own bank account. That means all transactions are actually same bank transfers, and they are pushed to another bank by our system. So there is no fee created.

If Cashyou is all the way free, then how does the business make money?
We do not make revenue from general customers who transfer P2P payments. We make money from the businesses accounts that use our API. We are partnering with businesses to open our API for developers to integrate Cashyou as a payment method.

為什麼我們可以做到免跨銀行手續費?
簡單解釋是因為我們的系統免除了此手續費. 原理很容易理解. 在香港同銀行轉賬是不用手續費, 而跨行則需要手續費. 我們擁有本地不同銀行戶口, 客戶只需選擇其中與自己同行的戶口去為自己的Cashyou賬戶增值. 然後在Cashyou里轉賬給朋友. 朋友提現時也需選我們支援的銀行, 然後我們也是同行轉出給客戶. 即是說所有轉賬實際上是在同銀行內完成, 我們的系統把轉賬推送到另一間銀行, 所以沒有手續費產生.

Cashyou完全不收費用, 那對底要如何營運?
普通用家不是我們的收費客戶層. 我們的收入將會來自使用我們API的商業戶. 我們現正與商業戶合作, 並將會開放API供開發者, 讓其他網站及App也可支援Cashyou支付方式.
